From the notice
Im Rahmen des Projektes "Fernwärme Ludwigslust" soll die bestehende Fernwärmeversorgung in Ludwigslust erweitert und zukunftsfähig weiterentwickelt werden. Das bestehende Fernwärmenetz wird dabei als Grundnetz weiter genutzt und verdichtet. Ziel des Vorhabens ist die Einbindung der thermischen Abfallverwertungsanlage (TAV) als zusätzliche Wärmequelle in das bestehende Versorgungssystem. Dafür sind die Planungsleistungen Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung Anlagengruppen 1-5 und 8 gem. § 55 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1-8 und optional die LPH 9 sowie Besondere Leistungen gem. Anlage 15 (siehe Honorartabelle) zu erbringen.

Lot LOT-0001: Erweiterung und Neubau von Fernwärmeübergabestationen in Ludwigslust - Fachplanung TGA AG 1-5 und 8
Gegenstand des Vorhabens sind zwei neu zu errichtende technische Übergabepunkte: - eine neu zu errichtende Fernwärmeübergabestation am Standort der TAV, - ein neu zu errichtender Übergabepunkt im Heizhaus Bauernallee. Im Heizhaus besteht bereits eine Erzeugungs- und Verteilstruktur mit zwei Biogas-BHKW, zwei Heißwasserkesseln und drei Netzpumpen. Diese Bestandsanlagen bleiben Bestandteil des künftigen Versorgungssystems. Die Einbindung der TAV dient damit der Erweiterung der vorhandenen Wärmeversorgung und ersetzt die bestehenden Erzeuger derzeitig nicht. Die Einbindung der TAV erfolgt als indirekte hydraulische Anbindung über Wärmetauscher. Die Übergabestation an der TAV ist mit drei parallel angeordneten Pumpen sowie zwei Wärmetauschern, davon ein Wärmetauscher redundant, vorzusehen. Ein Abgang in Richtung Grabow ist an dieser Station mit vorzusehen. Die hydraulische Auslegung ist mit dem Bestand im Heizhaus abzustimmen. Die Schnittstelle zum Heizhaus ist so auszubilden, dass Vorlauf und Rücklauf aus dem Heizhaus herausgeführt werden und die Einbindung hinter den drei vorhandenen Netzpumpen erfolgt. Damit wird die zusätzliche Einspeisung aus der TAV an der geeigneten Stelle in das bestehende Netz integriert. Für die fernwärmeseitige Anbindung sind wesentliche Randbedingungen zu berücksichtigen. Dazu gehören eine Wärmeleistung von bis zu 8 MW, Vorlauftemperaturen von 60 bis 90 °C, Rücklauftemperaturen bis maximal 66 °C sowie eine Netzdruckhaltung von mindestens 2,5 bar. Für die TAV wird zusätzlich eine maximale Wärmeleistung von 8 MW bei optimierter Kombination aus Stromproduktion und Fernwärme angesetzt. Die Maßnahme soll vollständig über die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 8 opt. LPH 9 bearbeitet werden. Langfristig kann das Gesamtsystem so weiterentwickelt werden, dass ergänzend geothermische Wärmequellen eingebunden werden können.
