    Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Vergabe eines Totalunternehmerauftrags im Rahmen eines SEP-Verfahrens (Schlüsselfertige Vergabe mit integrierter Planung) für den Neubau Didaktik der Chemie an der Universität Duisburg-Essen, Campus Essen, ein Lehr- und Laborgebäude für die Ausbildung von Chemielehrern (BGF 5.700 m2). Der Auftrag umfasst die Planung und Ausführung sämtlicher zur Realisierung des Projekts erforderlicher Leistungen einschließlich der Koordination aller Fachgewerke bis zur Übergabe sowie den gesamten Baugenehmigungsprozess.
