Lot LOT-0001: Planungsleistungen für Flusswasserwärmepumpe
Die Energie und Wasser Potsdam GmbH (EWP) beabsichtigt auf dem Betriebsgelände des Standorts HKW Süd in Potsdam die Errichtung einer Energiezentrale, in welcher mehrere Großwärmepumpen für die Erzeugung von Fernwärme aufgestellt werden sollen. Zwei baugleiche Wärmepumpen mit einer thermischen Nutzheizleistung von je ca. 7,5 MW werden mit Wärme aus Tiefengeothermie betrieben. Eine weitere Wärmepumpe soll mit Wärme aus Flusswasser des an den Standort angrenzenden Flusses "Nuthe" betrieben werden. Die Flusswasserwärmepumpe soll eine thermische Nutzheizleistung von ca. 3 MW aufweisen und einschließlich der erforderlichen Nebenanlagen, Entnahme- und Auslaufbauwerke sowie der zugehörigen Infrastruktur errichtet werden. Jedes Hochtemperatur-Wärmepumpen-System soll unabhängig vom Betrieb der anderen Hochtemperatur-Wärmepumpen-Systeme eigenständig in das Fernwärmenetz einspeisen. Die Aufstellung der Flusswasserwärmepumpe erfolgt in einem räumlich abgetrennten Bereich im Gebäude "Energiezentrale". Das gesamte Vorhaben ist in einzelne Vergabeeinheiten ("VE") unterteilt die sukzessive vergeben werden. (Siehe Anhang 01 Projektterminplan) Um eine technische, terminliche und organisatorische abgestimmte Projektabwicklung sicherzustellen, bietet der Bewerber die genannte Leistung "Begleitung der Bau- und Montagephase einschließlich der fachlichen Betreuung und Koordination der Einzelnen Vergabelose" an. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst hierbei insbesondere die technische Losführung, Schnittstellenkoordination zwischen den Auftragnehmern, Unterstützung des Auftraggebers bei technischen Abstimmungen sowie die Begleitung der Montage- und Inbetriebnahmephase.
