Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Inspektions-, Instandhaltungs- und Unterstützungsleistungen an Offshore-Konverterplattformen in der deutschen ausschließlichen Wirtschaftszone (AWZ). Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die folgenden Lose: Los 1 – Strukturinspektionen nach BSH-Standard Los 2 – Stahlbau und Korrosionsschutz Los 3 – Gerüstbau Vertragslaufzeit: 01.03.2028 - 28.02.2033 mit einer (1) Verlängerungsoption um 36 Monate Bewertungskriterien: - Preis: 50% - Kommerzielle Vertragsklauseln (Vertragsstrafen): 10% - Konzept zur Leistungserbringung: 40% (75%Kapazität / Technische Lösung &2 5% HSE) Verhandlung mit wie vielen Bietern (ggf. pro Los): fünf (5) Zum Schutz der Vertraulichkeit von Informationen des Auftraggebers in den Vergabeunterlagen soll eine Geheimhaltungsvereinbarung (NDA) geschlossen werden. Dazu verwenden Sie das zum Download bereitgestellte Dokument "COSMOS-Struktur-Ausschreibung Geheimhaltungsvereinbarung" und senden das von Ihnen unterzeichnete Exemplar an alle folgenden E-Mail-Adressen: 1) carsten.reckling@tennet.eu 2) jana.gerlach@tennet.eu 3) sabine.werner@tennet.eu Bewerbern ist es jederzeit während des Teilnahmeverfahrens erlaubt, unterzeichnete NDAs an den Aufftraggeber zu übermitteln. Der Auftraggeber wird den Bewerbern nach einer erfolgten Plausibilitätsprüfung, Zugang zu den Ausschreibungsunterlagen gewähren. Hieraus kann der Bewerber noch nicht ableiten, dass der Auftraggeber die Eignung des Bewerbers für die weitere Teilnahme am Ausschreibungsverfahren attestiert. Diesbezüglich wird der Auftraggeber nach Ablauf der Teilnahmeantragsfrist gesonderte Aufforderungen zur Angebotsabgabe an die für das Ausschreibungsverfahren zugelassenen Bieter übersenden. Der Teilnahmeantrag muss rechtzeitig und zwar spätensten bis zum 13.11.2026 um 12:00 Uhr (MEZ) über die e-Vergabeplattform Mercell eingegangen sein. Individuelle Fristverlängerungen werden nicht gewährt. Hinweise zur Einreichung der Teilnahmeanträge: Eine Einreichung des Teilnahmeantrags auf dem Postweg, per E-Mail oder per Telefax ist unzulässig. Ein Verstoß gegen diese Vorgabe kann zum Ausschluss des Teilnahmeantrags führen. Informationen oder Unterlagen, die nicht in Deutscher Sprache sind, muss eine qualifizierte Übersetzung beigefügt werden. Die Vergabestelle erachtet Unterschriften für den Teilnahmewettbewerb in digitaler Form (e-Signatur oder Scan) und ohne Stempel oder in Textformnach § 126 b BGB als ausreichend.
