Die Stadt Röbel/Müritz erwägt den Neubau eines innovativen Nahwärmenetzes in den Quartieren Gildekamp und Gotthunskamp mit Potential zur Erweiterung und damit zum Anschluss anderer Quartiere der Stadt. Das Ziel ist der Aufbau einer zukunftssicheren, CO2-mindernden und wirtschaftlichen Wärmeversorgung der Stadt Röbel/Müritz in Teilabschnitten bis 2045. Dabei sind die Anforderungen, die sich aus dem Wärmeplanungsgesetz vom 20.12.2023 § 30 Abs. 1 und § 31 Abs. 1 ergeben einzuhalten. Gegenstand der zu vergebenden Leistung ist die Erbringung der stufenweisen Planungsleistungen gemäß § 53 der Leistungsphasen 2 bis 4 HOAI (Vorplanung, Entwurfsplanung, Genehmigungsplanung) für das Nahwärmenetz Röbel, unter Beachtung der Anforderungen der BEW-Förderrichtlinie (Fassung vom 16. Dezember 2025). Die Leistungen müssen die im BAFA-Merkblatt („Bundesförderung für effiziente Wärmenetze – Merkblatt Antragstellung, technische Anforderungen und Verwendungsnachweis) definierten Mindestinhalte nach Ziffer 4.2.3 vollständig abdecken.
