Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen die Programmsteuerung für das Programm „Personenbahnhöfe Sachsen-Anhalt“ im Rahmen der NASA-Rahmenvereinbarung. Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die übergeordnete Koordination, Steuerung und Überwachung eines Maßnahmenportfolios. Hierzu gehören insbesondere die programmweite Konsolidierung und Bewertung von Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsinformationen, das programmbezogene Berichtswesen, das Schnittstellen- und Risikomanagement sowie die Unterstützung des Auftraggebers bei strategischen und operativen Steuerungsaufgaben. Die Leistungen beziehen sich ausschließlich auf die Programmsteuerung des Gesamtprogramms und nicht auf die eigenständige Projektsteuerung oder Projektleitung einzelner Infrastrukturmaßnahmen. Die Verantwortung für die Steuerung der Einzelprojekte verbleibt bei den jeweils zuständigen Projektleitungen des Auftraggebers. Übertragene Leistungen: 01.01.2027 bis 31.12.2029 Optionale Leistungen: 01.01.2030 bis 31.12.2031
