  1. Lot LOT-0001: Wartung Laborluftregelung (V+W 2026 - 2029)

    Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Wartung, Prüfung sowie Störungsbeseitigung an einem zusammenhängenden Laborregelungssystem mit ca. 687 Laborabzugs- und Volumenstromreglern einschließlich der zugehörigen Raumdruckregelungen, Raumdruckkaskaden, Master-/Slave-Regelungen und raumübergreifenden Regelungsfunktionen. Aus sicherheitsrelevanten sowie aus Gewährleistungsgründen müssen die vorhandenen Anlagen regelmäßig (jährlich) geprüft und gewartet werden. Zur Sicherstellung einer kontinuierlichen, wirtschaftlichen und vergaberechtskonformen Leistungserbringung sollen die regelmäßig wiederkehrenden Wartungsleistungen künftig in einem mehrjährigen Wartungsvertrag gebündelt werden. Gleichzeitig soll die Möglichkeit geschaffen werden, erforderliche Leistungen zur Störungsbeseitigung auf derselben vertraglichen Grundlage zu beauftragen. Vertragsstart ist der 01.11.2026. Die Vertragsdauer beträgt 12 Monate zzgl. einer dreimaligen Verlängerungsoption um jeweils weitere 12 Monate, bis längstens zum 31.10.2030.
