Lot LOT-0000: Totalunternehmerauftrag Abbruch & Neubau, Generalinstandsetzung, sowie Umbau der GGS Hohe Straße inkl. einer 1-Feld-Sporthalle - Köln Porz im 2. Schulbaumaßnahmenpaket GU/TU
Gegenstand der Maßnahme ist die Umsetzung einer dreizügigen Grundschule einschließlich der erforderlichen Ganztags-, Verwaltungs- und gemeinschaftlichen Nutzungsbereiche. Das Bauvorhaben umfasst die Generalinstandsetzung des Bauteil A und den Umbau des Anbaus von Bauteil A, den Abriss und Neubau des Altbaus Bauteil B sowie den Umbau des Anbaus im Bauteil B, den Abriss und Neubau der Sport- und Schwimmhalle im Bauteil C sowie den Umbau des Bestandsbauteils D. Bauteil A steht teilweise unter Denkmalschutz. Die gesamte Schulanlage steht unter Ensembleschutz. Grundsätzlich sind die neuen "Planungsrahmen für pädagogische Raumkonzepte an Kölner Schulen" und die Schulbauleitlinie der Stadt Köln zu berücksichtigt und in eine moderne und ästhetische Architektursprache umzusetzen. Die Planung und Projektabwicklung erfolgen unter Anwendung der BIM-Methodik (Building Information Modeling). Neben Planung und Bau obliegen dem AN die Ausstattung aller festen Einbauten in Schule und der Sporthalle. Die Ausstattung der Schule mit der losen Möblierung erfolgt seitens des AG. Nähere Informationen enthalten die Vergabeunterlagen für die zweite Stufe des Verfahrens (Angebotsphase).
