  1. Lot LOT-0000: Einsatzmanagementsystem (EMS) Osthessen und Westhessen

    Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung soll bei Hessen Mobil der Straßenbetriebsdienst für die 8 Straßenmeistereien des Dezernates Betrieb und Verkehr Osthessen sowie den 8 Straßenmeistereien des Dezernates Betrieb und Verkehr Westhessen durch Einsatz eines mobilen Einsatz-Management-Systems (EMS) optimiert werden. Die wesentlichen Ziele des neuen Einsatz-Management-Systems (EMS) im Winterdienst sind die gerichtsfeste Nachweisführung über die durchgeführten Einsätze im Rahmen der Verkehrssicherungspflicht, Einsatzauswertungen, die Leistungsabrechnung mit Fremdunternehmern und anderen Straßenbaulastträgern sowie eine effiziente Einsatzsteuerung mit Hilfe eines Echtzeit-Monitorings. Ferner sollen die Fahrer anhand von Routenführungsfunktionen im Winterdienst entlastet werden. Grundlage des neuen Einsatz-Management-Systems des Dezernates Betrieb und Verkehr Ost- und Westhessen ist die automatisierte Einsatzdatenerfassung in den ca. 140 Winterdienstfahrzeugen (Fahrzeuge von Hessen Mobil und Fremdunternehmer), die im Zuständigkeitsbereich der 16 Straßenmeistereien den Winterdienst durchführen. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt einen EVB-IT Servicevertrag (mit Systemlieferungsvertrag) mit bis zu 3 Verlängerungsoptionen à 12 Monate abzuschließen.
