    Der Staatsbetrieb Sächsisches Immobilien- und Baumanagement (SIB) plant die Errichtung eines Gebäudes mit höchsten technischen Anforderungen an das Raumklima, statischen Traglasten, dynamischer Steifigkeit sowie elektromagnetischer Verträglichkeit. 1.300 m2 Reinraumflächen Reinraumklasse 4 und 5 gemäß DIN EN ISO 14644-1 partiell auch höhere Klasse, lufttechnisch einfach zonierbar, großflächig (Ballroom- Konzept) mit Mindesthöhe im Lichten 3 m; 250 m2 Reinraumflächen ISO 6; 40 m2 Physiklabor ISO 7 als Messraum mit Erschütterungsschutz (partiell aufwändigere Gründung); zuzüglich erforderliche By-Pack Flächen (Ver- und Entsorgungstechnik, etwa 1:1 zur eigentlichen Reinraumfläche). Ziel des Verfahrens ist die Vergabe der Fachplanungsleistungen nach Teil 4 Abschnitt 2 Technische Ausrüstung § 55 HOAI 2013 und Objektplanungsleistungen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 Innenräume (Reinräume) § 34 HOAI 2013.
