Die KfW IT beabsichtigt die Beschaffung einer am Markt verfügbaren und für den produktiven Einsatz geeigneten IT-Financial-Management-(ITFM-)Software zur Unterstützung des bestehenden sowie zur Umsetzung des von der KfW definierten Zielbilds für IT-Kostenmanagement und IT-Controlling. Die Software soll als zentrale Lösung für die Planung, Steuerung, Analyse, Verrechnung und transparente Darstellung der IT-Kosten und IT-Leistungen eingesetzt werden. Die Lösung soll insbesondere die Abbildung und Weiterentwicklung eines an etablierten Standards, insbesondere dem Technology Business Management (TBM) Framework, orientierten IT-Kostenmanagements ermöglichen. Hierzu sollen unter anderem Kosten- und Leistungsdaten aus unterschiedlichen Quellsystemen integriert, harmonisiert und entlang definierter Strukturen ausgewertet werden können. Die Software soll damit eine einheitliche und transparente Grundlage für Planung, Forecasting, Costing, Benchmarking sowie Reporting von IT-Kosten und IT-Leistungen schaffen, um technologiebezogene Entscheidungen datenbasiert, effizient und geschäftsorientiert zu steuern. Der Auftragnehmer schuldet die folgenden Leistungen: i. Bereitstellung einer Software mit vorgegebenem Funktions- und Nutzungsumfang ii. Durchführung eines Projekts zur Einführung der Software bei der KfW iii. Betrieb der Software „as a Service“ iv. Fachliche und technische Unterstützung während der Betriebsphase v. Beendigungsunterstützung
