  1. Lot LOT-0000: TU Chemnitz, Campus Reichenhainer Str., Neubau Technikzentrale Süd

    Im Zuge einer Gesamtbetrachtung des Campus Ost/ Süd Reichenhainer Straße der Technischen Universität Chemnitz wurde die Notwendigkeit einer zentralen Medienversorgung für geplante bauliche Entwicklungen deutlich. Um den kommenden Bedarf abzusichern, ist es im Rahmen der übergeordneten Infrastruktur erforderlich, ein zentrales Versorgungsgebäude (TeZS) parallel zur Planung von bereits laufenden Projekten zu errichten. Demensprechend steht die Planungsaufgabe in enger inhaltlicher, zeitlicher und funktionaler Verbindung zu benachbarten Baumaßnahmen: dem Neubau des Reinraumes des Zentrums für Mikrotechnologie (ZfM) und der übergeordneten Infrastrukturmaßnahme (Medienversorgung). Die erforderlichen Funktionen sollen kompakt zusammengefasst werden. Dabei soll sich der Baukörper bedingt durch seine zentrale Lage am Eingang zum südlichen Teil des Campus, dem Auftakt zum "Technologiepark Süd" und seiner Nachbarschaft zum Friedhofsgelände in angemessen zeichenhafter Weise architektonisch anspruchsvoll präsentieren. Die mit der Technikzentrale sichergestellte Erschließung des Gebietes umfasst folgende Medien: Kälteversorgung, Strom/Mittelspannung, Druckluft und Daten. Gegenstand der geplanten Beauftragung ist die Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3, 1.1.7, 1.1.8, Leistungsphasen (LPH) 3 bis 9 gemäß § 53 ff. HOAI 2021 in Verbindung mit Anlage 15 HOAI 2021.
