  1. Lot LOT-0000: 25D911002 - Polizeidirektion Dresden, Neubau Raumschießanlage

    Der Freistaat Sachsen, vertreten durch das Sächsische Staatsministerium der Finanzen, vertreten durch den Staatsbetrieb Sächsisches Immobilien- und Baumanagement, beabsichtigt die Errichtung der Raumschießanlage (RSA) als Neubau. Die Planungsaufgabe soll in der nordöstlichen Ecke der Liegenschaft Weinböhlaer Straße in Dresden umgesetzt werden. Das gesamte Areal ist zukünftig für die Nutzung als Einsatztrainingsstützpunkt der PD-Dresden angedacht, wobei die Raumschießanlage hierbei nur eines der Module des Gesamtkonzeptes darstellt. Das Gelände soll nur von Polizeibediensteten betreten werden und ist so vom Öffentlichkeitsbereich abzugrenzen, dass unbefugtes Betreten und Befahren erschwert wird. Bei der RSA handelt sich um ein funktionales Trainingsobjekt der Polizei, was aber trotzdem ein Bauwerk mit einer modernen, zurückhaltenden Formsprache und einem entsprechend den Funktionen gegliederter Baukörper sein soll. Für die Planung ist das Fachheft 19 "Raumschießanlagen" der Polizei Sachsen in der Version 1.0 als Planungsgrundlage anzuwenden. Die Kosten der Maßnahme können derzeit nur sehr grob in Kostengruppen geschätzt und zugeordnet werden und dienen als Anhaltspunkt. Die geschätzten Kosten (KG 200 - 600 nach DIN 276) betragen ca. 9.619.000,00 €/brutto. Gegenstand der geplanten Beauftragung dieses VgV-Verfahrens ist das Leistungsbild Objektplanung Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3 gem. § 53 ff. i. V. m. der Anlage 15 HOAI, mit den Leistungsphasen 2 - 3 und 5 - 9, für die Errichtung der Raumschießanlage. Die Beauftragung der Leistungen erfolgt stufenweise. Einzelheiten sind dem Vertrag zu entnehmen, sowie der Anlage zu § 6-Spezifische Leistungspflichten zum Vertrag. Weiterführende Beschreibungen siehe Vergabeunterlagen - Projektbeschreibung
