Gegenstand dieses VgV-Vergabeverfahrens ist die Findung eines Generalplaners, der sämtliche Planungen vollständig übernimmt, koordiniert und für deren ordnungsgemäße Ausführung verantwortlich ist. Erforderlich sind Generalplanungsleistungen unter Einbezug der folgenden Leistungsbilder: "Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume" gem. § 34 in Verbindung mit Anlage 10 der HOAI 2021 in den LPH 1 bis 9, zzgl. Besonderer Leistungen. "Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung" gem. § 55 in Verbindung mit Anlage 15 HOAI 2021 in den LPH 1 bis 9 für die Anlagengruppen 1 bis 5 & 8, zzgl. Besonderer Leistungen "Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung" gem. § 51 HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 14 der HOAI 2021 in den LPH 1 & 6, zzgl. Besonderer Leistungen "Beratungsleistungen Bauphysik" in den Leistungsbildern "Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung", "Bauakustik" und "Raumakustik" gem. Anlage 1.2 der HOAI in den LPH 1 - 7

  1. Lot LOT-0001: Generalplanungsleistungen für die GGS Freiherr-vom-Stein Remscheid

    Es ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung einzelner oder mehrerer Leistungsphasen vorgesehen: 1. Stufe: LPH 1-4, 2. Stufe: LPH 5-8, 3. Stufe: LPH 9. Ein entsprechender Vertragsentwurf wird den Bewerbern, die für das Verhandlungsverfahren berücksichtigt werden, mit Aufforderung zur Angebotsabgabe übermittelt. Falls nach der ersten Stufe (LPH 4) keine weiteren Leistungsphasen beauftragt werden, besteht kein Anspruch auf zusätzliche Vergütung. Der Auftragnehmende kann aus der stufenweisen Beauftragung der Vertragsleistungen keine Erhöhung seines Honorars herleiten, sofern die Beauftragung der nächsten Stufe innerhalb eines Jahres nach Abschluss der vorangegangenen Stufe erfolgt.
