Die LINK digital GmbH beabsichtigt, eine integrierte ERP-Lösung mit dem Ziel eines nahezu autonomen Betriebs der kaufmännischen Kernprozesse des Unternehmens einzuführen. Die Lösung soll die Prozesse von Finanzwesen und Einkauf über Vertrieb und Personalwesen bis zu Reporting und Software- und Cloud-Asset-Management auf einer gemeinsamen, konsistenten Datenbasis abbilden bzw. unterstützen. Ziel dieses Request for Information (RfI) ist es, einen Marktüberblick über geeignete Lösungen, Anbieter, Betriebsmodelle und indikative Preisstrukturen zu gewinnen und die Anforderungen für ein mögliches nachfolgendes Vergabeverfahren zu schärfen. Mit diesem RfI verfolgt die LINK digital GmbH insbesondere folgende Ziele: • Verifizierung einer Plattformlösung bezüglich Standard-ERP/Agentic/Hybrid • Einschätzung der Passung zu den Prozessanforderungen, Mengengerüsten und Szenarien der IT-Landschaft sowie möglichen Proof of Concept • Verständnis üblicher Lizenz-, Betriebs- und Preismodelle sowie realistischer Projektlaufzeiten • Identifikation potenzieller Anbieter für die Einladung zu einem RfP Dieses RfI dient der Vorbereitung eines RFPs, der nahtlos in einen RFP-Prozess übergeht. Aus der Teilnahme entsteht kein Anspruch auf Beauftragung oder auf Berücksichtigung in einem nachfolgenden Vergabeverfahren.
