  1. Lot LOT-0000: Schwachstrom

    Durch den Auftragnehmer sind sämtliche Leistungen des Gewerks KG 450 (Elektrotechnische Anlagen) im Zuge des Sanierungsprojekts über die gesamte Projektlaufzeit vollständig zu erbringen. Lediglich die Brandmeldeanlage ist nicht Bestandteil des hier beschriebenen Leistungsumfangs; diese wird im Rahmen einer separaten Ausschreibung vergeben. Der Projektbereich erstreckt sich über die Ebenen E02 bis E04 mit einer Gesamtfläche von rund 16.000 m². Die Ausführung erfolgt abschnittsweise im Gebäudebestand unter laufendem Terminalbetrieb und erfordert eine enge Koordination mit den parallel tätigen Ausbau- und TGA-Gewerken sowie den betrieblichen Anforderungen des Flughafens. Im Rahmen der Sanierungsmaßnahme werden die bestehenden schwachstromtechnischen Anlagen (IT-Tertiärnetz, Behindertenrufanlage und elektroakustische Anlage (ELA)) im Wesentlichen demontiert und durch Neuanlagen ersetzt. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst überwiegend die vollständige Installation ab den Unterverteilungen bzw. Zentralen (IT-Etagenverteiler, Unter-/Klemmverteiler der ELA (N205), sowie die Zentrale der Behindertenrufanlage). Zur besseren Abschätzung des Projektumfangs sind die Massen der wesentlichen Komponenten aufgeführt: - ca. 780 Deckenlautsprecher EN 54 - ca. 630 Datenports (in UP-Dosen, AP-Dosen oder Einbau in Bodentank) - 2 Behinderten Rufanlagen WC - 7 Notrufstellen im Außenbereich Geplanter Ausführungsbeginn: ca. 2. Quartal 2027 Geplantes Ausführungsende: ca. 4. Quartal 2030
