  1. Lot LOT-0001: Wassertechnischer Spezialtiefbau

    Der Auftraggeber betreibt als regionaler Energieversorger u.a. ein Fernwärmenetz mit derzeit ca. 350 km Trassenlänge und etwa 7.000 Kundenanschlüssen für etwa 70.000 Wohneinheiten. Er beabsichtigt, seine Fernwärmeerzeugung im Zuge des Gesamtprojekts “CALOR“ unter Nutzung von Umweltwärme aus der Kieler Förde um eine Großwärmepumpenanlage mit einer Gesamtleistung von etwa 100 MWth und um einen zusätzlichen Wärmespeicher zu erweitern. Um das Wasser der Kieler Förde entsprechend nutzbar zu machen, müssen die bestehenden Kühlwasserbauwerke des ehemaligen Gemeinschaftskraftwerks Kiel (GKK) bautechnisch saniert und anlagentechnisch neu ausgerüstet werden. Als grundlegende vorbereitende Maßnahme müssen sowohl das Einlaufbauwerk (ELB) als auch das Auslaufbauwerk (ALB) zur Untersuchung der Bausubstanz sowie zur Instandsetzung in einem ersten Schritt mit wasserseitig auszuführenden Spezialtiefbauarbeiten mittels geschlossenen Spundwandkästen trockengelegt werden.
