Die Gemeinde Münster beabsichtigt das vorhanden Gebäude der katholische Kita St. Michael / Familienzentrum (infolge „KiTa“ genannt) abzureißen und als Ersatzneubau auf dem bestehenden Grundstück Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße 11, 64839 Münster (Hessen); Gemarkung Münster, Flur 18, Flurstücke 616/3 (derzeitiges Grundstück der Kita), sowie den Flurstücken 606/2 (Kinderspielplatz) und 604 (Vorplatz) insgesamt neu zu errichten und hierbei Platz für 4 Kita-Gruppen und ein Familienzentrum zu schaffen. Vergeben werden Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung, LP 1 -9, Anlagengruppe 1-4, Honorarzone II nach § 53 ff HOAI 2021 sowie verschiedene besondere Leistungen (Zuarbeit Sitzungsvorlagen, Wahrnehmung Sitzungen, Vorstellung der Planungen in den Gremien). Die Vergabe kann losweise erfolgen und umfasst folgende Fachlose: Los 1 – HLS: Anlagegruppen 1-3 Los 2 – ELT: Anlagegruppe 4 Die Gemeinde Münster behält sich vor, die Leistungen losweise oder gesamthaft zu vergeben. Eine Bewerbung ist sowohl für einzelne Lose als auch für beide Lose möglich. Es können sich somit sowohl Planungsbüros bewerben, die sämtliche ausgeschriebenen Anlagegruppen abdecken, als auch spezialisierte Büros, die ausschließlich Leistungen im Bereich HLS und ELT anbieten. Es ist eine Beauftragung in 2 Stufen vorgesehen. Zunächst werden LP 1-4 beauftragt. Sollte der Auftraggeber entscheiden, dass das Projekt nach Abschluss einer Projektstufe beendet wird, erfolgt kein weiterer Abruf. Ein Anspruch des Auftragnehmers zum Abruf weiterer Projektstufen besteht nicht.
