Die AFK-Geothermie GmbH versorgt die Gemeinden Aschheim, Feldkirchen und Kirchheim b. München mit geothermischer Fernwärme und baut ihr Wärmenetz in den Jahren 2027 bis 2029 in drei Bauabschnitten weiter aus. Vergeben werden die Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke (§§ 41 ff. HOAI, Leistungsphasen 2 bis 8) einschließlich örtlicher Bauüberwachung für Verteilleitungen und Hausanschlüsse sowie die Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung (§§ 53 ff. HOAI, Leistungsphasen 2 bis 8) für die Übergabestationen. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise: Stufe 1 (Bauabschnitt 2027) wird fest beauftragt, die Stufen 2 (2028) und 3 (2029) sind Optionen ohne Abrufverpflichtung. Der Bauabschnitt 2027 umfasst sieben Leitungsabschnitte des Verteilnetzes mit rund 2,15 Mio. EUR geschätzten Baukosten (netto) sowie die zugehörigen Hausanschlüsse und Übergabestationen. Die Leistungen sind bis spätestens 23.11.2029 abzuschließen. Höchstens drei geeignete Bewerber werden zur Angebotsabgabe aufgefordert.
