    Der Auftrag umfasst Arbeiten der Erneuerung der Wärmeversorgungszentrale und der Kälteversorgung mit folgenden Leistungen: - 1 Stck. Wärmepumpe Heizen/Kühlen 110 kW (Außenaufstellung); - 1 Stck. Wärmepumpe Heizen 450 kW (Außenaufstellung); - 2 Fundamante für Wärmepumpen herstellen; - 25 m3 Bestandspuffer prüfen; - 1 Stck. neuer Pufferspeicher; - Demontage und Entsorgung 1 Gaskessel 600 kW und Heizverteiler; - Demontage Kälteanlage 65 KW mit Verteiler und Speicher; - Aufbau neuer Heiz- und Kälteverteilung mit den peripheren Komponenten; - ca. 280 m Rohrleitungen einbauen; - ca. 450 m Stahlrohrleitungen; - Anschluss an den Bestand; - Erdbauarbeiten, Oberflächenbewegungen; - Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Störungsbeseitigung für die Dauer der Verjährungsfrist der Mängelansprüche von 4 Jahren. Sonstiges: - Dem Bieter wird die Möglichkeit einer Ortsbesichtigung vor Angebotsabgabe gegeben. Näheres kann den Vergabeunterlagen entnommen werden. - Anfragen zu den Vergabeunterlagen sind einzureichen bis 02.12.2026, 14:00 Uhr Eine Auskunftserteilung erfolgt bis 6 Kalendertage vor Ende der Angebotsfrist.
