  1. Lot LOT-0001: Erweiterung und Umbau der Zentralen Leitstelle Westthüringen - Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung HLS

    Der Zweckverband Zentrale Leitstelle Westthüringen, bestehend aus dem Ilm-Kreis und dem Wart-burgkreis, beabsichtigt die umfassende Modernisierung und Erweiterung seines Hauptstandortes in Eisenach. Die Zentrale Leitstelle Westthüringen befindet sich in der Straße "An der Feuerwache 6" in 99817 Eisenach. Das bestehende Gebäude wurde im Jahr 1986 als Massivbau in den damaligen bauli-chen Standards der DDR errichtet und verfügt über drei Obergeschosse sowie ein Kellergeschoss. Die Zentrale Leitstelle Westthüringen ist derzeit im 1. Obergeschoss des gemeinsam mit der Berufs-feuerwehr Eisenach genutzten Gebäudes untergebracht. Aufgrund der gestiegenen funktionalen, technischen und betrieblichen Anforderungen an eine mo-derne Zentrale Leitstelle ist eine umfassende bauliche und technische Modernisierung des beste-henden Standortes erforderlich. Vergeben werden folgende Planungsleistungen: - Planung der technischen Ausrüstung nach § 55 HOAI HLS Weitere Ausschreibungen: - Objektplanung Gebäude nach § 34 HOAI - Planung der technischen Ausrüstung nach § 55 HOAI ELT Der Auftraggeber behält sich eine stufenweise Beauftragung einzelner oder mehrerer Leistungsphasen bis zum Abschluss der Baumaßnahme vor. Nach Beauftragung ist umgehend mit der Bearbeitung zu beginnen. Ziel ist es, die Bearbeitung der LP 1-4 für das Gesamtvorhaben im Zeitraum 01/2027 - 12/2095 zu erbringen und abzuschließen. Zeitplan: - Beauftragung der Planungsleistungen Januar 2027 - Bearbeitung der Leistungsphasen 1-4 Januar 2027 bis Juni 2027 - Bearbeitung der Leistungsphasen 5-9 Juli 2027 bis Dezember 2029 - Geplanter Baubeginn 01. Januar 2028 - Geplante Fertigstellung der Gesamtmaßnahme 31. Dezember 2029
