Die Stadtbus Gütersloh GmbH (SBG) ist ein Tochterunternehmen der Stadtwerke Gütersloh GmbH und betreibt das städtische Liniennetz und ist seit 2018 durch die Stadt Gütersloh mit dem Öffentlichen Dienstleistungsauftrag (ÖDA) betraut. Der Zentrale Omnibusbahnhof (ZOB) in Gütersloh ist der Knotenpunkt für den ÖPNV in Stadt und Landkreis Gütersloh. Die bestehenden 18 Dynamischen Fahrgastinformationen (DFI) -Anzeigen sind technisch veraltet und in die Jahre gekommen. Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind insgesamt 20 beidseitige, 3-zeilige Haltestellenanzeiger mit maximierter Pixeldichte für eine optimierte visuelle Barrierefreiheit und Lesbarkeit sowie eine einseitige Übersichtsanzeige mit mindestens 20 Zeilen. Als Anzeigentechnologie wird RGB-LED, eingesetzt. Im rechten Bereich des Panels wird die Uhrzeit angezeigt. Die Umsetzung kann über ein größeres Panel oder über ein separates Anzeige Modul (auch TFT) erfolgen. Das vorhandene Hintergrundsystem besteht aus einem ITCS mit einer Web-DFI Schnittstelle, über die die Haltestellen-Informationen über eine URL je Anzeiger abgerufen werden können, d. h. die Datenversorgung der DFI-Anzeigen erfolgt über das vorhandene ATRON-ITCS. Optional ist außerdem die Wartung des Systems anzubieten, die mindestens den Telefon-Support und die Lieferung von Updates und Sicherheitspatches (BSI Mitteilungen) beinhaltet.
