    Gegenstand der Maßnahme ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über max. 8 Jahre für Serviceleistungen zum Betrieb eines bereits bei der FBB im Einsatz befindlichen TETRA-Sprechstellensystems des Herstellers Hagedorn Informationstechnik GmbH (angebunden an das TETRA-Bündelfunksystem der FBB), einschließlich herstellerseitigem 3rd-Level-Support sowie dem bedarfsgerechten Abruf von Liefer- und Dienstleistungen zur Sicherstellung und Unterstützung des ordnungsgemäßen Systembetriebs. Die Leistungen beinhalten Wiederherstellung und Aufrechterhaltung der Betriebsbereitschaft, Überlassung neuer Programmstände, Hotline, Rufbereitschaft, und Vor-Ort Services. Leistungsbestandteile sind insbesondere: • 3rd-Level-Support bei komplexen Störungen und Systemausfällen • Lieferung von Sprechstellen, Zubehör sowie zentraler Servertechnik • Abruf von Projekt-, Spezialisten- und Technikerleistungen • Optionaler Abruf von IT-Sicherheitsleistungen (z. B. Patch- und Schwachstellenmanagement) Die Schätzmengen sind dem Dokument EA-2026-0121_Schätzmengen_Leistung zu entnehmen. Die Höchstmenge ist gleich Schätzmenge +10%.
