Lot LOT-0001: Heizung (KG 420)
Wärmeversorgung durch 2 reversible Außenluftwärmepumpen in Kaskadenschaltung (Heizen je 31 kW) Außenaufstellung auf dem Dach EG, Elektroheizpatronen für den Havariefall. Im Sommer kann bei Bedarf auf Kühlbetrieb umgestellt werden um im großen Saal im Stadtteiltreff zu kühlen. Heizzentrale mit Pufferspeicher Heizen (2500l) und Pufferspeicher Kühlen (500l). Vier Mischgruppen: Fußbodenheizung KiTa (nur heizen), Fußbodenheizung Stadtteiltreff (nur heizen), Raumlufttechnische Anlage (nur heizen), Heiz-Kühl-Decke Stadtteiltreff großer Saal (heizen/kühlen). Fläche Fußbodenheizung ca. 1300 m², Küche und Technikräume werden mit Heizkörpern versorgt, Heiz/Kühldecke Stadtteiltreff: ca. 75 m² Rohrmaterial: Edelstahlrohr ohne DVGW Zulassung, Rohrleitung Edelstahl Heizung gesamt ca. 600 m, Dämmung nach GEG.
Lot LOT-0002: Lüftung (KG 430)
Im Obergeschoss gibt es eine Technikzentrale, hier wird das RLT Gerät aufgestellt. Auslegung ca. 6300 m³/ h für die Be- und Entlüftung der KiTa (Gartengeschoss und Erdgeschoss), des Stadtteiltreffs (Erdgeschoss) und der Spielgruppen (Obergeschoss). Luftverteilung innerhalb des Gebäudes über verzinkte Blechkanäle und Wickelfalzrohre. Sanitärräume und Nebenräume erhalten einen konstanten Volumenstrom, die Gruppenräume und Säle werden mit variablen Volumenstromreglern ausgestattet. Küche: Zuluftquellauslässe und Erfassungshauben über den Kombidämpfern und dem Spülbereich. Die Küchendecke inklusive Deckenkassetten auch für die Beleuchtung ist Teil des Leistungsverzeichnis Lüftung. Der Volumenstrom für die Cook & Chillküche wurde mit 1200 m³/h ausgelegt. Fläche Küche ca. 24 m². Kanäle bis 1000 mm: ca. 350 m², Kanäle 1001-1500 mm: ca. 35 m², Abluftkanäle für fetthaltige Abluft: Kanäle bis 1000 mm: ca. 170 m², Kanäle 1001-1500 mm: ca. 20 m², Dämmung nach GEG, Brandschutzklappen für Holzbau erforderlich.
Lot LOT-0003: Sanitär (KG 410)
Es werden für folgende Einrichtung Trinkwasserversorgung und Abwasser errichtet: Gartengeschoss: Sanitärraume KiTa sowie Anschlüsse für Teeküche, Atelier und Hauswirtschaftsraum, Doppelhebeanlage im Schacht im Hauswirtschaftsraum im Gartengeschoss, da sich das Gartengeschoss unterhalb der Rückstauebene befindet. Erdgeschoss: Sanitärräume Damen / Herren / behindertenfreundlich für den Stadtteiltreff inkl. Dusche, Sanitärräume für KiTa und Personal der KiTa, Anschlüsse für Küche Stadtteiltreff, Cook&Chill Küche der KiTa und Teeküche, Dachgeschoss: Sanitärräume Kinder und Personal der Spielgruppen, Anschlüsse Teeküche und Hauswirtschaftsraum. Es gibt drei Verteilstränge für das Trinkwasser: KiTa / Stadtteiltreff und Außenanlagen. Die Wasserversorgung für die Außenanlagen wird über die bauseits gestellte Regenwasserzentrale angeschlossen. Warmwasserbereitung dezentral über Durchlauferhitzer. Rohrleitungsmaterial Trinkwasser: Edelstahlrohr und Mehrschichtverbundrohr, Rohrleitungsmaterial Abwasser: SML-Rohr und PP-Rohr in Vorwänden, Rohrleitung Edelstahl gesamt ca. 650 m, Rohrleitung SML gesamt ca. 340 m, Wand-WC Kinder: 12 Stk, Stand WC Kinder: 2 Stk, WC: 9 Stk, Urinale: 2 Stk, Dämmung nach GEG.
