  1. Lot LOT-0001: Bundesstadt Bonn: Kita Stolpstraße - Projektsteuerungsleistung/ Baubegleitung

    Die Bundesstadt Bonn beabsichtigt den Neubau einer viergruppigen Kindertagesstätte nebst Außenanlagen durch einen Systembauer. Es handelt sich bei dem Projekt um den Kindergarten Stolpstraße, Ecke Oppelner Straße in Bonn-Tannenbusch. Bei dem Baugrundstück handelt es sich um das Grundstück Gemarkung Bonn, Flur 57, Flurstücke 424/146/411/125 Die Kindertagestätte soll unter Berücksichtigung des KfW-Förderprogramms "Klimafreundliches Nicht-Wohngebäude" errichtet werden. Es sind die Anforderungen nach GEG, sowie BEG einzuhalten. Das Gebäude muss die Effizienzhaus-Stufe 40 (EE 40) erreichen. Zudem ist angestrebt an dem Förderprogramm "Förderung von Investitionsmaßnahmen in Kindertageseinrichtungen und Kindertagespflege, LVR" teilzunehmen. Mit der schlüsselfertigen Errichtung der Kindertagesstätte soll ein Generalunternehmer beauftragt werden, welcher nicht nur mit sämtlichen Ausführungsleistungen, sondern auch mit allen erforderlichen Planungsleistungen, beginnend mit der Entwurfsplanung beauftragt werden soll. Der Bauantrag ist durch den Generalunternehmer zu stellen. Mit dem gegenständlichen Auftrag wird ein Büro bzw. ein Zusammenschluss von Büros zu Erbringung der erforderlichen Projektsteuerungsleistungen für die Umsetzung des Projektes gesucht. Es erfolgt eine stufenweise Beauftragung.
