Lot LOT-0001: Energetische Sanierung Lausitzhalle, 02977 Hoyerswerda; Objektplanung Gebäude einschließlich Tragwerksplanung
Es werden Leistungen für die Objektplanung Gebäude gem. § 33 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1-6 (anteilig) und 7-9 sowie Leistungen zur Tragwerksplanung gem. § 49 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6 (anteilig) ausgeschrieben. Das Projekt ist bereits angearbeitet, die Entwurfsplanung liegt vollständig vor, ist jedoch zu überarbeiten. Weitere Planungsunterlagen liegen teilweise bis Leistungsphase 6 vor. Der Leistungsstand wurde kostenmäßig sowie bzgl. Bearbeitungserfordernis für die Leistungsphasen bewertet. In die Bewertung sind Änderungen in den vorgesehehen baulichen Maßnahmen und der Aufteilung der Bauabschnitte eingeflossen. Die Maßnahme ist in 5 Bauabschnitten mit Abschluss im Jahr 2030 zu realisieren.
