Lot LOT-0000: Technik für Besucherleitsystem 2026
Der Ausschreibungsgegenstand umfasst den Abschluss von Rahmenvereinbarungen mit bis zu zwei (2) Wirtschaftsteilnehmern mit der Absicht den Bedarf von Technik (z. B. Bürgerterminals) bei der softwareseitigen Unterstützung von Terminverwaltung/Bürger-/Besucherleitsystemen in unterschiedlichen Ausstattungen und technischen Funktionen der Bezugsberechtigten zu decken. Die ekom21 setzt für ihre Kunden die Software "VOIS|TEVIS" (Bürger- und Besucherleitsystem) ein. Diese Software wird als Organisationswerkzeug genutzt, das u. a. eine Terminverwaltung für Kommunen, bürgerfreundliche Services wie z. B. Benutzung eines Bürger-/Besucherleitsystem mittels unterschiedlicher Möglichkeiten von Aufrufsystemen/Leitsystemen oder eine Online-Terminvergabe über die Homepage der Kommune ermöglicht. Die ausgeschriebenen Technikkomponenten müssen daher kompatibel zu VOIS|TEVIS sein. Über die Regelaufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung ist ein Höchstwert von 500.000,00 Euro (netto) festgesetzt. Der Höchstwert basiert auf den Erfahrungen der letzten Jahre einschließlich geschätzter Mehrbedarfe.
