Reinzeichnung und Druckdatenlieferung nach definierten Produktionsvorgaben) - Projektmanagement, - Fortlaufende strategische Beratung, - Teilnahme an, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Jour Fixes und Workshops, - Erstellung von Präsentationen, - Erstellung von Projektplänen, - Termin-, Budget- und Produktionscontrolling - Media-Zusammenarbeit / Schnittstellenmanagement Der Aufgabenbereich des AN im Bereich Content-Marketing umfasst insbesondere die folgenden Leistungen: - Weiterentwicklung und strategische Beratung im Themenplanungsprozess des Newsroom, - Unterstützung in der strategischen Kommunikationssteuerung im politischen und technologischen Umfeld - Entwicklung und Aktualisierung von Kommunikations- und Content-Marketing-Strategien/-Konzepten, - Umfassende Analyse und Empfehlungen für Redaktionsplanung und Optimierung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen, - Erarbeitung von Guidelines für digitale Kommunikation, - Konzeption von Themen, Botschaften und Dramaturgien, - Konzeption, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Planungs- und Kreativworkshops, - Teilnahme an Redaktionskonferenzen und Themen-Jour-fixes, - Betreuung Social Listening Tools und vergleichbarer KI-gestützter-Data oder Monitoring Tools zur Trendanalyse und Marktbeobachtung, - Entwicklung von Vorschlägen für Themen, Content und Formate auf Basis von kontinuierlichem Monitoring, - Erstellung von Analysen des Wettbewerbs sowie Handlungsempfehlungen in Form von regelmäßigen Reportings, - Strategische Beratung und Konzeption zur Positionierung von Themen, Marken oder Personen der Bundesdruckerei-Gruppe, - Produktion hochwertiger redaktioneller Inhalte Nähere Informationen zum Leistungsgegenstand können der den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügten Leistungsbeschreibung entnommen werden. Beabsichtigt ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Auftragnehmer. Abrufberechtigt sind neben der Bundesdruckerei GmbH auch die sog. sekundären Auftraggeber. Diese umfassen sämtliche mit der Bundesdruckerei Gruppe GmbH beziehungsweise deren Tochterunternehmen gemäß §§ 15 ff. AktG verbundene Unternehmen und solche Unternehmen, die aus diesen Unternehmen hervorgehen. Derzeit umfasst die Abrufberechtigung mithin die folgenden sekundären Auftraggeber: D-Trust GmbH, Genua GmbH, Xecuro GmbH, Maurer Electronics GmbH und Inco Sp. z o.o.
