Der Rechteerwerb umfasst den Wettbewerbsentwurf einschließlich sämtlicher hierauf aufbauender planerischer Arbeitsergebnisse und Fortentwicklungen, die bis zum Zeitpunkt des Rechteerwerbs entstanden sind. Erworben werden damit die ausschließlichen Nutzungsrechte am zu diesem Zeitpunkt vorhandenen Planungsstand. Mit dem Auftrag sind keine weiteren Planungs-, Fortentwicklungs- oder Bauleistungen verbunden.
