  1. Lot LOT-0000: TU Chemnitz, Neubau Institutsgebäude Chemie

    Das Institut für Chemie der Technischen Universität Chemnitz soll künftig im Rahmen einer Großen Baumaßnahme (GBM) am Campus der Reichenhainer Straße untergebracht werden. Das Institut für Chemie ist zusammen mit dem Institut für Physik an der Fakultät für Naturwissenschaften der Technischen Universität Chemnitz (TUC) angesiedelt und nimmt eine wesentliche Position in der Hochschulentwicklung und Profilierung der Technischen Universität Chemnitz in Lehre und Forschung ein. Die Fakultät widmet sich in enger Verbindung beider Institute der Grundlagen- und anwendungsorientierten Forschung mit experimentellen und theoretischen Methoden. Durch die damit verbundene Zusammenführung der Fakultät für Naturwissenschaften sowie die Nähe zum Zentrum für Materialien, Architekturen und Integration von Nanomembranen (MAIN), zur Fakultät für Maschinenbau, zur Fakultät für Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik und den Fraunhofer-Instituten sollen Synergieeffekte in Lehre und Forschung erzielt werden. Gegenstand der geplanten Beauftragung sind die Planungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung gem. HOAI 2021 §55 ff i.V.m. Anlage 15 LPH 2 bis 9 für die Errichtung eines technischen Gebäudes mit einer Gesamtnutzfläche (NUF1-6) von ca. 8.290 m² und Sonstige Nutzungen (NUF 7) von 1.065m² zuzüglich andienender Räume für die Anlagengruppen 4 - Starkstromanlagen und Anlagengruppe 5 - Fernmelde- und Informationstechnische Anlagen.
