    Die örtliche Bauüberwachung Elektrotechnik für das Projekt KETA-Modernisierung KE17 beinhaltet die Bauüberwachung für folgende Leistungen: - Erneuerung der Niederspannungsschaltanlagen einschließlich zugehöriger Leit- und Automatisierungstechnik (dies umfasst die Lieferung, die betriebsfertige Montage, den Anschluss, die Inbetriebnahme, den Test bzw. die Funktionsprüfung, die Prüfung und Dokumentation), sukzessives Umbauen und in Betrieb nehmen - Erneuerung des Not-Halt-Systems, USV-Systems, der Blindstrom- Kompensationsanlage, Gaswarnanlage und Gleichspannungsverteilungs-Anlage - Herstellen neuer Kabeltragsysteme - Kabelzug- und Kabelanschlussarbeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich sowie Herstellung dafür erforderlicher Gebäude-Durchführungen - Anschluss neuer Energiekabel, Datenleitungen, Steuerleitungen - Erneuerung der örtlichen Bedienstellen - Modernisierung der Schiebermotoren sowie ausgewählter Pumpenmotoren - Herstellen neuer Innen- und Außenbeleuchtung, Erweiterung der Sicherheits-beleuchtung im neuen Schaltraum - Allgemeine Elektro-Installationsarbeiten im neuen Schaltraum - Ertüchtigung der Blitzschutz- und Erdungsanlage, zuzüglich Potentialausgleich - Brandmeldezentrale räumlich umsetzen und um Komponenten der Teilaufstockung erweitern - Realisierung eines Kühlsystems (Umluftkühlung) im neuen Schaltraum - Berücksichtigung aller damit im Zusammenhang stehenden brandschutztechnischen Anforderungen (wünschenswert) - Demontage der außer Betrieb genommenen elektrischen Bestandsanlage und Kabel - Umbau und Umnutzung bestehender Umkleide und sanitärer Anlagen für die Erweiterung der Gaslöschanlage (hier nur Elektroinstallation) - Anschluss und Inbetriebnahme der räumlich versetzten lüftungstechnischen Anlagen LN21, LN22 (HKL-Technik)
