Die EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG beabsichtigt den Abschluss zweier Rahmenverträge über die Lieferung, Bereitstellung (Los 1) sowie Wartungs- und Serviceleistungen (Los 2) für Flurförderfahrzeuge und Gabelstapler verschiedener Fahrzeugklassen einschließlich Zubehör und Anbaugeräten. Die Bereitstellung der Fahrzeuge erfolgt je nach Einsatzbereich im Kauf- oder Mietmodell sowie optional mit Kaufoption nach Vertragsende. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst zudem Instandhaltung, Ersatzteilversorgung, Störungsbeseitigung und bei Bedarf die Bereitstellung von Ersatzfahrzeugen zur Sicherstellung der betrieblichen Verfügbarkeit. Die Vertragslaufzeit ist vom 01.04.2027 bis 31.03.2031 vorgesehen, mit optionalen Verlängerungsmöglichkeiten.
