    Die Stadt Wertheim plant den Neubau der Grundschule Wertheim auf dem Gelände der Carl-Roth-Straße in 97877 Wertheim am Main. - Erdarbeiten: Oberbodenabtrag ca. 114 m³; Herstellen Feinplanum ca. 1.732 m², Baustraße ca. 458 m², Baustelleneinrichtung einschließlich Baukran - Boden lösen (Baugrube und Leitungsgräben) gesamt ca. 1.170 m³, Verfüllung im Gebäudebereich ca. 590 m³ und in den Leitungsgräben (Sand/Boden) ca. 950 m³, Bodenverbesserung (Zulage) ca. 585 m³ - Grund- und Entwässerungsleitungen PP DN 100 bis DN 250, gesamt ca. 795 m, einschließlich Dichtheitsprüfung nach DIN EN 1610 - Entwässerungstechnik: Revisionsschächte, Fettabscheideranlage NS 7, Rückstauhebeanlage - Leerrohre und Trassen: Trinkwasser (PE) ca. 56 m, Fernwärme-Doppelrohr ca. 55 m, Kabelschutz-/Leerrohre ca. 1.150 m sowie Elektroinstallationsrohre ca. 300 m, Erdungsanlage (Fundament- und Ringerder) ca. 695 m - Beton- und Stahlbetonarbeiten: Sauberkeitsschicht ca. 1.261 m², Fundamente und Bodenplatten ca. 420 m³, Innenwände ca. 371 m², Decken ca. 939 m², Bewehrung ca. 85 t - Abdichtung und Dämmung: Schaumglasdämmung unter Bodenplatte ca. 871 m² bzw. ca. 261 m³, Perimeterdämmung ca. 176 m² - Maurerarbeiten: Außenmauerwerk (Hochlochziegel) ca. 195 m², Innenmauerwerk (Kalksandstein) ca. 154 m² Die Details sind dem Leistungsverzeichnis und den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
