Die SRH Gesundheit GmbH (SRH) hat derzeit über 1.000 verschiedene Aufklärungsbögen zumeist noch papierbasiert im Einsatz. Es ist ein erklärtes Ziel der SRH im Zuge der Umsetzung vom Krankenhauszukunftsgesetz (KHZG) zur Digitalisierung der Krankenhäuser ab sofort auf Mindestmengen, Lieferzeiten und die kostenintensive Lagerhaltung von Aufklärungsbögen zu verzichten. Daher soll im Zuge der Digitalisierung gemäß KHZG die komplett digitale Patientenaufklärung von der Anamnese bis zur Archivierung des Aufklärungsbogens mobil, u.a. mittels dem Einsatz von Tablets, erfolgen.
