Die Stadt Nürnberg benötigt für die beiden Sanierungsgebiete Altstadt und Gibitzenhof ein Quartiersmanagement. Das Gebiet Altstadt setzt sich seit Mai 2026 aus den drei Sanierungsgebieten Altstadt-Süd, Altstadt-Mitte und Nördliche Altstadt zusammen. Für die Gemeinsame Betreuung der drei Sanierungsgebiete soll die Position des Quartiersmanagements mit zwei Quartiersmanagerinnen oder Managern sowie einer Assistenz besetzt werden. Das Gebiet Gibitzenhof setzt sich aus den Stadtteilen Gibitzenhof, Steinbühl-West, Rabus zusammen. Es soll die Position des Quartiersmanagements sowie einer Assistenz besetzt werden. Die Vergabe erfolgt losweise getrennt nach den beiden Gebieten. Es kann auf beide Lose oder nur ein Los geboten werden.
