  1. Lot LOT-0001: Briefpostdienstleistungen PZA - Zustellung von Postzustellaufträgen - bundesweit (förmliche Zustellung)

    Ein Postzustellauftrag wird für die förmliche und rechtssichere Zustellung amtlicher Schriftstücke von Behörden, Gerichten und Gerichtsvollzieher benötigt. Er dient dazu, den genauen Zeitpunkt und Ort der Übergabe eines Dokuments lückenlos und gerichtlich verwertbar zu beweisen. Die Auslieferung an den Adressaten erfolgt gemäß der § 96 des Verwaltungsverfahrens, Zustellungs- und Vollstreckungsgesetz des Landes Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetz M-V) in Verbindung mit den §§ 177 ff. Zivilprozessordnung (ZPO) sowie der Vorschriften der zuständigen Regulierungsbehörde (§§ 33ff. PostG). Die Vergabe ist in zwei Lose aufgeteilt. Förmliche Zustellung von ca. 15.000 Postzustellaufträgen je Kalenderjahr im Los 1 und die elektronische Zustellung von ca. 41.000 e-Postzustellaufträgen je Kalenderjahr im Los 2. Das angegebene Sendungsaufkommen orientiert sich am Gesamtumfang des letzten Kalenderjahres. Als Vertragslaufzeit ist der 01.01.2027 bis 31.12.2029 bestimmt.
