    Die Anlage genügt nicht mehr den aktuellen wasserwirtschaftlichen Anforderungen. Sie ist nicht hochwassersicher. Und das als Erdbecken ausgebildete Regenrückhaltebecken ist nicht abgedichtet. Des Weiteren entspricht die Maschinen- und Elektrotechnik nicht mehr dem Stand der Technik. Vor diesem Hintergrund wird der Neubau der Regenbeckenanlage erforderlich. Der Lageplan der neuen Gesamtanlage ist als Anlage 3.1 beigefügt. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung.
