Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Bereitstellung einer webbasierten Cloud-Lösung für elektronische Signaturen, insbesondere qualifizierte elektronische Signatur (QES) gemäß eIDAS Verord-nung (EU) Nr. 910/2014 sowie Unterstützung von fortgeschrittenen (AES) und einfachen elektronischen Signaturen (SES). Die Lösung muss die rechtsverbindliche Signierung, Verwaltung und Va-lidierung interner und externer Dokumente ermöglichen und in die bestehende IT-Infrastruktur von GSI und FAIR integrierbar sein.

  1. Lot LOT-0001: RV E-Sign für GSI und FAIR 2026 - 2032

    Vertragsgrundlage ist der EVB-IT Cloudvertrag. Der Vertrag beginnt mit Vertragsabschluss (Zuschlagserteilung) und läuft bis zum 30.11.2032. Der Vertrag endet in jedem Fall spätestens nach einer Gesamtlaufzeit von sechs Jahren automa-tisch zum 30.11.2032. Die Implementierung des elektronischen Signaturtools muss bis zum 30.11.2026 abgeschlossen sein, um eine Nutzung ab dem 01.12.2026 für die gesamte Organisation gewährleisten zu können. Bestellberechtigt über diesen Vertrag sind das GSI Helmholtzzentrum für Schwerionenforschung GmbH mit seinen Außenstellen Helmholtz-Institut Jena, Helmholtz-Institut Mainz, Helmholtz-Zentrum für Infektionsforschung GmbH (HZI) und FAIR - Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research in Europe GmbH. Jeder Bestellberechtigte tritt als eigenständiger Auftraggeber auf mit den entsprechenden Rechten und Pflichten. Eine Abnahmeverpflichtung bzw. Bestellverpflichtung besteht nicht.
