Lot LOT-0001: RV Software BCM und ITSCM
Beschafft werden soll ein Tool im Sinne einer Softwareanwendung zur ganzheitlichen Unterstützung des Business Continuity Managements (BCM) sowie des IT Service Continuity Managements (ITSCM). Unterstützt werden soll durch das Tool gleichermaßen das interne BCM sowie das interne ITSCM der Auftraggeberin. Diese Aufgaben werden grundsätzlich von verschiedenen Personen erbracht, daher muss es möglich sein, entsprechende Sichten auf die Daten je Prozess (BCM und ITSCM) aufzurufen. Es handelt sich um ein unternehmenskritisches Fachverfahren, dessen Einführung mit einem erheblichen Implementierungs- und Integrationsaufwand verbunden ist. Vom Auftragnehmer wird insbesondere die Konfiguration der Anwendung entsprechend der unternehmensspezifischen BCM- und ITSCM-Prozesse, die Migration bestehender Daten und Dokumentationen, die Einrichtung von Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten sowie die Schulung der Anwender erwartet. Es soll die Grundlage für die kontinuierliche Durchführung von Business Impact Analysen, Gap-Analysen sowie die Erstellung, Pflege und regelmäßige Aktualisierung von Notfall- und Wiederanlaufplänen bilden. Durch die Nutzung eines modular aufgebauten Tools sollen die größtmöglichen Synergien der aufgeführten Managementdisziplinen geschaffen werden. Das Tool muss in der Lage sein, die genannten Managementsysteme der Auftraggeberin separat voneinander zu verwalten und zu konfigurieren. Die Installation des Tools befindet sich in den Rechenzentren der Auftraggeberin.
