Lot LOT-0001: Veranstaltungs- / Medientechnik
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Montage, Integration, Programmierung und betriebsfertige Inbetriebnahme einer umfassenden Audio-, Video- und Medientechnikanlage für den Kreistagssaal. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Errichtung einer stationären und mobilen Beschallungsanlage mit Beamsteering- und Linienstrahlern, Subwoofern, digitalen DSP- und Verstärkersystemen, Dante- Audiovernetzung, digitalen Funkmikrofonsystemen, Deckenmikrofonie sowie digitaler Misch- und Zuspieltechnik. Weiterhin ist eine großformatige Direktansicht-LED-Wand einschließlich Unterkonstruktion, Steuerungs- und Signaltechnik, Glasfaserübertragung, Kalibrierung sowie erforderlicher Ersatz- und Vorhaltekomponenten zu liefern und vollständig in das Gesamtsystem zu integrieren. Die medientechnische Ausstattung umfasst unter anderem professionelle Displays, AV-over-IP- Signalübertragung, zentrale Audio-/Video- und Mediensteuerung mit Touchpanel-Bedienung, Präsentations- und Konferenztechnik, PTZ-Kameras mit automatisierter Personen- bzw. Sprecherverfolgung, ein professionelles Projektionssystem mit Projektor, Projektorlift und motorischer Leinwand sowie die erforderliche Netzwerk-, Rack-, Stromversorgungs- und Anschlussinfrastruktur. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören darüber hinaus sämtliche erforderlichen Anschluss-, Signal-, Steuer-, Netzwerk- und Versorgungsleitungen sowie Befestigungs- und Montagematerialien. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die Werk- und Montageplanung, Erstellung der erforderlichen Pflichtenhefte, Programmierung und Parametrierung der Steuerungs-, Audio- und Videosysteme, Einmessung und Kalibrierung, vollständige Inbetriebnahme und Funktionsprüfung sowie erforderliche Sachverständigenabnahmen. Abschließend sind eine vollständige technische Dokumentation einschließlich Mess- und Prüfprotokollen, die Übergabe projektspezifischer Programmierungen und Quellcodes sowie die Einweisung und Schulung der Nutzer und des technischen Supports zu erbringen. Die Gesamtanlage ist vollständig funktionsfähig und betriebsbereit an den Auftraggeber zu übergeben.
