    Erweiterung des Bethanien Bildungszentrums für Gesundheitsfachberufe: Leistungen der Objektplanung für Gebäude und Innenräume mit den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 HOAI 2021 mit stufenweiser Beauftragung; Stufe 1: Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3. Ein Anspruch auf Übertragung weiterer Leistungsphasen besteht nicht. Der aktuelle Terminplan sieht eine Beauftragung und den Beginn der Stufe 1 Mitte Februar 2027 vor. Das Budget der KG 200 bis 700 beträgt rd. 12,4 Mio. EUR brutto.
