    Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Planung, Finanzierung, Errichtung und der betriebsfertige Übergabe einer neuen BHKW-Anlage als Ersatz der bestehenden BHKW-Anlage sowie deren Überlassung an den Auftraggeber im Rahmen eines Pachtvertrages am Standort Knappschaft Kliniken Universitätsklinikum Bochum GmbH, In der Schornau 23-25, 44892 Bochum. Das neue BHKW dient als Ersatz der bestehenden Anlage und wird im 3. UG der Technik-zentrale neben den vorhandenen Gaskesseln errichtet. Vorgesehen ist ein BHKW-Kompaktmodul mit einer elektrischen Nettoleistung von ca. 377 kW (zulässige Bandbreite 345-400kW), einer thermischen Leistung von ca. 510 kW (zulässige Bandbreite 440-550 kW), einem Gesamtwirkungsgrad von mindestens 88 % und einer Brennstoffleistung von höchstens 999 kW. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere die Erstellung der Ausführungsplanung ein-schließlich erforderlicher Genehmigungen, Lieferung, Montage und betriebsfertige Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Funktionsprüfung einschließlich erforderlicher Abnahmen, Einre-gulierung und Optimierung, hydraulische und elektrische Einbindung, MSR-/GLT-/EMS-Anbindung, technische Dokumentation sowie technische Betreuung und Full-Service ein-schließlich Wartung, Instandhaltung, Instandsetzung und Störungsmanagement. Der Pacht- und Full-Service-Vertrag sollen für 10 Jahre geschlossen werden. Zusätzlich wird ein gesonderter Dienstleistungsvertrag für die Wartung und Instandhaltung der weiterhin betriebenen Bestandsanlagen mit einer Laufzeit von 3 Jahren und einer Verlängerungsoption um 2 Jahre abgeschlossen. Zu den weiterhin betriebenen Bestandsanlagen gehören insbesondere drei Erdgas-Kessel mit 2 × 1.600 kW und 1 × 1.250 kW, eine Kältemaschine mit Rückkühlwerk, Wasserenthärtung, Druckhaltung, Druckerhöhung und Frischwasserkaskade.
