BIM- Gesamtplanungsleistungen Lph. 1-3 (optional 4-7) in 2 Raumlose in der Verkehrsstation Leipzig Hbf und Flughafen Leipzig- Halle zur Erneuerung der Sicherheitsbeleuchtungen und Teile der Elektroenergieanlage einschließlich erforderlicher Planungsleistungen im IOH- Bereich wie a) BIM-Planung Technische Gebäudeausrüstung KG 430, 440, 450 b) Objektplanung, Gebäude und Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen c) Tragwerksplanung Gebäude , Ing. Bauwerke, Gebäude Tragwerk- / Statikplanungsanteile, d) BIM- Fachbbeitrag Wasserrahmenlinie (nur Flughafen Leipzig- Halle) e) BIM- Machbarkeitsuntersuchung f) Modellierung der Planung Sprachalarmierung (SAA) eines Dritten Außerhalb dieser Ausschreibung (in Beauftragung durch die Projektleitung der DB AG) gibt es weitere Leistungsbilder von erforderlichen Planungen bzw. deren Vorbereitungen / Unterstützungsleistungen / Beratungsleistungen, u.a. a) Erstellung Brandschutzkonzept sowie die Prüfung und Freigabe (nur Flughafen Leipzig- Halle) b) Bestellung / Umsetzung Vermessungsleistungen c) Bestellung / Umsetzung Baugrundbeurteilung und geotechnischer Beratung d) Unterstützungsleistungen durch DB Services e) gewerkespezifische Planprüferleistungen f) BVB- Freigabeleistungen und Kommunikation mit dem EBA g) und ggf. weiteres Weitere Informationen sind den PA und PÄ 1, 2, 3 zu entnehmen. Alle Planungsbeteiligten haben sich während der Planung abzustimmen. Hinweise: a) Umsetzung der Planung als BIM- Gesamtprojekte in 2 Raumlose b) Umsetzung des Projektes während laufendem Betrieb, mit Sperrpausenplanung, Bauablaufplanung, Bauphasenplanung und Reisendenlenkung c) Ablage abgeschlossene Planungsphasen in des PKP- System der DB AG d) Projektführung in iTWO mit DB- Schnittstelle als Kosten- und Projektzeitenmanagementsystem e) Projektziel: Inbetriebnahme 2029
