    Projektbeschreibung: Schadstoffsanierung und Abbruch des Viktoriabads und des Stadtmuseums, mit gleichzeitigem Erhalt der denkmalgeschützten Fassade in Richtung Belderberg. Projekt in innerstädtische Lage in Bonn. Das Ziel des Bauvorhabens ist der vollständige Abbruch der Bestandsbauten bis zur Oberkante der Bodenplatten exkl. der statisch relevanten Bauteile zur Nachbarbebauung. Der Rückbau des Gebäudes ist dabei unter Einhaltung der Bestimmungen in der Abbruchanzeige der Stadt Bonn umzusetzen. Zum Zeitpunkt der Rückbauplanungen liegen keine Angaben bzw. Planungsunterlagen zum geplanten Neubau nebst zugehöriger Tragwerksplanung vor. In Bezug auf den Rückbau liegt eine Machbarkeitsstudie mit statischer Bewertung zu den relevanten Rückbauschritten, zur denkmalgeschützten Fassade am Belderberg sowie zu notwendigen Verbau- und Sicherungsmaßnahmen der entstehenden Baugrube vor. Die Gründungstiefen und ggf. gemeinsamen Abhängigkeiten der Gebäude entlang der Bebauungsgrenze sowie notwendigen statischen Verbau-, Unterfangungs-, Rückverankerungs-, Sicherungs- oder Abstützmaßnahmen sind während der Rückbauarbeiten fortlaufend zu überprüfen.
