    Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung der weltwärts Community als träger- und programmübergreifendes Alumni-Netzwerk des entwicklungspolitischen Freiwilligendienstes weltwärts. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere Community-Management, Netzwerkentwicklung, digitale Kommunikation, Social-Media-Arbeit, Betreuung einer Community-Plattform, Konzeption und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen, Beratung von Community-Mitgliedern, Begleitung regionaler und internationaler Netzwerkstrukturen sowie die Unterstützung von Multiplikator*innen und Global Ambassadors. Darüber hinaus sind Leistungen zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung der Community, zur Wirkungsorientierung, zum Monitoring, zur Berichterstattung sowie zur Durchführung von Steuerungs- und Abstimmungsprozessen mit Engagement Global und dem Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) zu erbringen. Ziel des Auftrags ist die Verstetigung und Weiterentwicklung der weltwärts Community sowie die Förderung des entwicklungspolitischen und gesellschaftlichen Engagements ehemaliger Freiwilliger.
