Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung soll ein Auftragnehmer (im Weiteren als AN abgekürzt) ausgewählt werden, der ein IAM-System (Identity and Access Management System ->Identitäts- und Zugriffsverwaltung) inkl. PAM (Privileged Access Management -> Verwaltung privilegierter Zugänge) implementiert, sowie diverse Applikationen/Zielsysteme an das IAM-System anbindet (siehe Teil B: Anlage 1: Detaillierte technische Anforderungen an die zu implementierende Gesamt-Lösung).

    Dabei wird durch den AG fest vorgegeben: - Das IAM-System existiert noch nicht und muss auf Basis der Software-Lösung dentity Manager, Safeguard for Privileged Passwords und Safeguard for Privileged Sessions des Herstellers One Identity implementiert werden. - Das Betriebsmodell ist ein Software-as-a-Service-Modell (SaaS-Modell) mit der Vorgabe, dass die Software in der Infrastruktur beim Produkt-Hersteller in einem separaten und abgeschlossenen Bereich läuft (das heißt: das IAM-System läuft nicht in der Umgebung des AG und nicht in der Infrastruktur der AN)
