    Rahmendaten Es handelt sich um ca. 970 lfd. Meter Bauakten, die TR-RESISCAN rechts- und datenschutzkonform mit Schutzklasse "Normal" digitalisieren und anschließend in das DMS (enaio) der Firma Optimal Systems importiert werden sollen. Das Importieren in das DMS übernimmt der Auftraggeber. Alle Bauakten sollen innerhalb von 3 Jahren verarbeitet sein (pro Monat also ca. 27 lfd. Meter). Annahmen (Schätzwerte/Hochrechnung): - pro laufende Meter ca. 1.500 - 2000 Blatt - 50% der Blätter sind doppelseitig beschriftet, also 3.000 Seiten pro lfd. Meter - 27 lfd. Meter Akten pro Monat * 3.000 Seiten pro lfd. Meter = 81.000 Seiten pro Monat - Der Aktenumfang beträgt pro Akte durchschnittlich 100 bis 200 Blätter an Belegen und Zeichnungen bis zum Format DIN A3 sowie zusätzlich etwa 5 bis 10 großformatige Zeichnungen bzw. Pläne. Die vollständigen Prozessschritte von der Abholung/Erfassung, dem Aktenvorbereiten, dem Scannen, dem Indexieren bis zur Rücksendung von Originaldokumenten etc. an den Auftraggeber obliegen dem Dienstleister.
