Beschafft werden soll ein Servicevertrag (SECURE) für die Wartung und Instandhaltung der Geräteflotte der CryoEM Core Facility der Universität Heidelberg (HDcryoEM). Es sollen vor allem folgende Leistungen im Rahmen des Servicevertrages erbracht werden: - Telefonsupport innerhalb einer Reaktionszeit von 4 Stunden nach Eingang einer konkreten Anfrage - Vor-Ort-Service innerhalb von 7 Arbeitstagen nach Eingang der Serviceanforderung, unbegrenzte Arbeitsstunden des Servicepersonals (Reisezeit und Spesen inklusive) - alle erforderlichen Ersatzteile (auch für alle im Vertrag aufgeführten Mikroskopzubehörteile) - Ersatz-FEG-Tip (sofern für das jeweilige Mikroskop zutreffend) - einen vorbeugenden Vor-Ort Wartungseinsatz (jährlich) - Software-Updates der Instrumente Der Servicevertrag soll die folgenden Geräte mit ausgewählten installierten Komponenten und Zubehör für den jeweils angegebenen Zeitraum abdecken: - Aquilos 2+ (1.1.27 - 31.12.29) - Talos L120C G2 (1.1.27 - 31.12.29) - Glacios (01.1.27 - 31.12.29) - Titan Krios (1.1.27 - 31.12.29
