    Die Stadt Stadthagen plant frühestens Ende 1. Quartal 2027 die Einführung eines DMS. Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Erstellung eines Gesamtsystems und die Herbeiführung der Betriebsbereitschaft. Dazu gehören insbesondere die Überlassung von Standardsoftware auf Dauer sowie mit der Umsetzung verbundene Integrations- und Serviceleistungen, wie bspw. die Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Einrichtung der Software, Dokumentation, Schulung, Pflege, Wartung und Support. Die Lizenzen der DMS-Lösung werden von der Stadt Stadthagen käuflich erworben (kein Mietmodell), im eigenen Rechenzentrum installiert und von der Stadt Stadthagen betrieben (keine Cloud-Lösung).
