  1. Lot LOT-0001: Info über vergebenen Auftrag - Lizenzumstellung für das Dokumentenmanagementsystem der Landeshauptstadt Potsdam

    Der Auftragsgegenstand umfasst die unten stehenden Leistungsbestandteile der ultimate Lizenz der d.velop documents platform edition public sector. Gegenstand der Beschaffung (Lizenzumstellung): Die Lieferung der Ultimate-Lizenz der d.velop documents platform edition public sector als Entwicklungs-, Test- und Produktionssystem erfolgt im Rahmen einer Softwaremiete inklusive SAAS-Betrieb für die cloudbasierten Komponenten als Lizenzkey zum Vertragsbeginn über 1.900 Lizenzen. Mit der Überlassung der Ultimate-Lizenz ist die nahtlose Fortsetzung des Betriebs beim Auftraggeber - mit Ausnahme der Foxit-Lizenz - lizenzrechtlich abgesichert. Das heißt, alle in der d.velop documents eGov Suite enthaltenen Lizenzen und Module finden sich auch in der Ultimate-Lizenz zur d.velop documents platform edition public sector wieder. Das Angebot des Auftragnehmers berücksichtigt in rein kalkulatorischer Hinsicht einen sukzessiven Ausbau mit folgender Staffelung: - ab 01.01.2027 1.250 Lizenzen - ab 01.01.2028 1.400 Lizenzen - ab 01.01.2029 1.500 Lizenzen - ab 01.01.2030 1.700 Lizenzen - ab 01.01.2031 1.900 Lizenzen. Vertragsverlängerungsoption - ab 01.01.2032 1.900 Lizenzen - ab 01.01.2033 1.900 Lizenzen - ab 01.01.2034 1.900 Lizenzen Diese rein kalkulatorische Staffelung im Angebot ist nicht mit einer Nutzungsbeschränkung des ausgelieferten Lizenzkeys verbunden. Der Auftraggeber ist zur Einhaltung des Lizenzrahmens sowie zur Pflege der Benutzerverwaltung im System verpflichtet.
